How to Make Withdrawal

To apply for EPF housing withdrawal, you need to complete relevant application forms provided by the EPF. The completed forms, together with the required supporting documents, can be submitted either over the counter or by mail.

It is important that you fill up the right forms correctly and make sure that all your supporting documents are supplied and in order. This is to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your application.

Please take note that thumbprint impressions are required for the application form and MyKad photocopy. You must use the inkpad that is specifically meant for making thumbprint impressions. Use of other types of materials such as the inkpad for rubber stamps is not acceptable by the EPF.

If there are differences in details of your records, you may submit the following supporting documents:

  • Birth certificate, if the difference is in your stated birth date; and
  • Certification letter from the National Registration Department.
