For housing-related withdrawals, your are required to complete Form KWSP 9C (AHL) and to submit this form together with the original and photocopy of relevant documents pertaining to the property you are acquiring or have acquired. If you are submitting your application over the counter, then the original copies of the document must also be submitted, along with the photocopies. For submission of applications by mail, only photocopies of the supporting documents are needed to be enclosed. However, these photocopies must be certified by an EPF-approved certifying officer.
