| i-Akaun Online Services |
Through i-Akaun, members can use the Internet as another channel to gain access to a number of EPF’s services online.
Presently, online services available through i-Akaun include:
- Check statement of account for the current year as well as for previous years;
- Check withdrawal status and history;
- Update addresses and other contact details; and
- Calculate the amount eligible for withdrawal for various withdrawal schemes.
These online services will be enhanced from time to time. Members need to register and activate their online account to be able to use i-Akaun services
