i-Akaun Services
i-Akaun refers to Member's or Employer's EPF online account. By having this account, the Member or Employer can use the online services offered by EPF.

Eligibility to register for i-Akaun
Member | Employer | EPF members who own a Member ID No. or a valid EPF number. | Employers who have a valid EPF Number. | |
i-Akaun Registration
Below are the steps to register for i-Akaun for EPF Members and Employers.
Member | Employer | - Visit any EPF Kiosk or Counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code by bringing your Member ID.
- Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate your i-Akaun using the Activation Code.
| 1. Representatives who have been appointed to manage the i-Akaun for the employer can visit any EPF counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code using Form KWSP 1 or KWSP 1(i). 2. Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate the i-Akaun using the Activation Code. | |
Note: If you have registered for i-Akaun, but have not activated it, click on i-Akaun Activation (Member) or i-Akaun Activation (Employer). If you are an existing i-Akaun user, click on Login to i-Akaun.
TAC Activation
TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be used for certain transactions in i-Akaun to ensure data security.
An example is when members or employers forgot their User IDs or Passwords. The TAC will be sent via short message service (SMS) when they use the Forgot User ID / Password function.
Steps to activate the TAC are as below:

- EPF members who have previously registered their mobile phone numbers for TAC can update their numbers at any EPF kiosk or counter.
