Obtaining The Member's Account Statement
The statement will be sent to members once a year at the latest address in the EPF records. Thus, you need to update your address with the EPF from time to time.
The statement can also be obtained at:
- EPF Offices and Kiosks
- i-Akaun via the EPF website (www.kwsp.gov.my)
- Customer feedback (http://enquiry.kwsp.gov.my)
- Via post
If you wish to opt for counter services or the EPF Kiosk, you will need to bring along your identification card for verification.
The information contained in the Member's Account Statement is CONFIDENTIAL. You are not allowed to obtain the Member's Account Statement on behalf of someone else. Any enquiry made through the telephone regarding the Member's Account Statement is also not allowed.
