Queries And Complaints Regarding The Member's Account Statement

All queries, complaints and objections regarding the statement must be submitted to the EPF within six months of the date of issue of the statement. If the EPF receives no feedback during that period, it will deem you to be satisfied with the statement. Any queries, complaints and objections after the six-month period will not be entertained. 

You may submit any enquiries, complaints and objections by post or visit the nearest EPF branch together with the following supporting documents:

  • Personal details such as name, identification card number and EPF membership number;
  • Salary slips;
  • Period of service;
  • Name and address of your employer(s).
