The Human Resource Division is responsible for driving and delivering people-driven initiatives to support organisational transformation. Departments under the purview of the Human Resource Division are People Matters Department and EPF Learning Campus.

People Matters Department

This department is responsible for providing effective HR services and producing competent human capital. It also acts as a strategic partner to the development of the organisation through increasing career opportunities and skills, structuring of talent management and succession planning, controlling the cost of human resources, optimising workforce and inculcating performance‑driven culture.

EPF Learning Campus

The EPF Learning Campus' (ELC) main function is to plan and execute effective training programmes to meet employees' professional, functional and leadership competencies. The ELC also offers alternative learning through Knowledge Management and i‑Learning courses supported by comprehensive training infrastructure.
