A. Operation of EPF Service Counters
Selected EPF Service Counters will resume operations on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 on an appointment basis. To make an appointment, members can log on to EPF’s Janji Temu Online platform which can be found on the EPF official website, www.kwsp.gov.my.
B. Counter Operating Hours
We are open from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM on working days.
C. Early Closing Time for Counter Operations
The early closing time for counter operations is in line with the Ministry of Health Malaysia’s recommendations for essential services to practise social distancing and to minimise direct contact.
Concept of Janji Temu Online
Janji Temu Online is a platform for EPF members to schedule an appointment for selected counter transactions with the EPF at a certain date and time chosen by members.

Counter Transactions Available via Janji Temu Online
The counter transactions available for appointment via Janji Temu Online are as follows:
(a) Age 50 Withdrawals
(b) Age 55 Withdrawals
(c) Age 60 Withdrawals
(d) Health Withdrawals
Other Withdrawals Offered via i-Akaun (Member)
Other than the withdrawals stated above, members may use the i-Akaun (Member) to submit their application online for other withdrawal facilities which can be found on kwsp.gov.my/en/member/withdrawals
Estimated Withdrawal Amount
For Age 50, 55, and 60 withdrawals, members are required to enter the estimated amount for withdrawal when setting an appointment via Janji Temu Online.
Set an Appointment on Janji Temu Online
EPF Members may set an appointment on Janji Temu Online as early as 14 working days and up to 1 working day (24 hours) before the chosen date, subject to availability of the time slot selected.
If you log on to Janji Temu Online on Tuesday, the soonest appointment will be on Wednesday, or on any other subsequent days depending on the earliest time slot available for selection.
Selecting an EPF Branch for Appointment
Members are advised to choose the nearest EPF branch to their residential area. Click here to view our full list of EPF branches along with their locations.
Confirmation of Appointment
Members who have secured an appointment via Janji Temu Online will receive a confirmation notice via SMS and email to their respective mobile number and email address.
Visiting EPF Branches on Appointment Day
Members are advised to be present at least 10 minutes prior to their appointments.
Besides that, upon entering our branches, members are urged to follow the standard operating procedures set by the Malaysian government by undergoing temperature checks, wearing a face mask, practising social distancing, and using hand sanitizer. Members are also encouraged to check in their locations via MySejahtera or MyTrace applications.
Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
Members may reschedule or cancel an existing appointment at least 12 hours before the arranged time slot.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, members may access the link provided in the confirmation notice that they received via email and SMS.
Late or Absent for an Appointment
Members who fail to be present at their reserved time slot will result in a cancelled appointment[KCKA-C1] and will be required to apply again via Janji Temu Online.
