A. Operations of EPF Service Counters Starting 1 July 2020, EPF Service Counters will resume full operations on an appointment basis which may be arranged online via Janji Temu Online. Only members who make an appointment via Janji Temu Online can to visit EPF counter for services. To make an appointment, members need to:

Estimated Withdrawal Amount for Ages 50, 55, 60 and More Than 1 Million Savings Withdrawals Members are required to enter the intended amount for withdrawal when setting an appointment via Janji Temu Online for Ages 50, 55, 60, and More Than 1 Million Savings Withdrawals application. Note: If you are unsure of the actual balance in your account and the amount eligible for withdrawal, you may fill in ‘000’ in the withdrawal amount field. Our officer will assist you to verify the actual balance and withdrawal amount during your visit to the counter. |

Set an Appointment Via Janji Temu Online EPF Members may set an appointment on Janji Temu Online as early as 30 calendar days and up to 1 hour before the appointment time, subject to availability of the time slot selected. Illustration:

Number of Members In One Appointment Only one member is allowed to transact in one appointment. Illustration: If members wish to visit an EPF Branch with a spouse or other family members, each person is required to make a separate appointment. |

Visiting EPF Branches on Appointment Day Members are advised to be present at least 10 minutes prior to their appointments. Before entering our premises, members are required to follow the standard operating procedures set by the Malaysian Government by undergoing temperature checks, wearing a face mask, practising social distancing, and applying hand sanitiser. Members are also encouraged to check in their locations via the MySejahtera app. |

Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment To reschedule or cancel an appointment, members may access the link provided in the confirmation notice that they received via email and SMS. |

Late or Absent for an Appointment In the event that members fail to be present at the reserved time slot, the appointment will be cancelled and members will be required to apply again via Janji Temu Online. |
