At EPF, we always strive to make things more pleasant for our members and employers. Introducing, Janji Temu Online, an online appointment platform where you can choose the type of services and pre-schedule a session with us.

Members must check-in by scanning the QR code using MySejahtera mobile app before entering any EPF promises.

         From 1 November 2021 onwards, all transactions at the EPF counters will not require Janji Temu Online (JTO) except for          Member Advisory Services (RAS).


Member Consultation refers to consultation related to finance, retirement and EPF products

EPF members can apply for a consultation session through Janji Temu Online to obtain:

  • Member Advisory Service in person (face to face) as early as 7 working days or at least 2 days before the appointment date 
  • Public Seminar Service as early as 30 working days or no later than 14 days before the date of the seminar

Subject to the availability of appointment slot on the date and time applied for.
