EPF Reopens Counter Services At Kangar Branch Starting 21 April 2021

KUALA LUMPUR, 20 April 2021: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will reopen the counter service operations at EPF Kangar, Perlis, starting Wednesday, 21 April 2021, from 9.30 am until 3 pm on weekdays.

The resumption of services at EPF Kangar follows its temporary closure from 19 April 2021 for sanitisation and disinfection processes after a staff was tested positive for COVID-19.

As part of the EPF’s commitment in ensuring that its services are available to members in Perlis, additional manpower from other EPF branches have been deployed to EPF Kangar to ensure the smooth reopening of the service counter.

The EPF will continue to take precautionary measures following the increasing number of COVID-19 cases nationwide and practice physical distancing and relevant SOPs at our premises.

Members are encouraged to transact services online via the i-Akaun or reschedule their branch visits via Janji Temu Online if there is a necessity to be present at branches.
