EPF Resumes Kiosk Services in Johor Bahru Office for Members
KUALA LUMPUR, 12 December 2020: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) wishes to inform that services through the EPF kiosks in Johor Bahru office will resume from Monday, 14 December 2020, as the Johor Bahru branch will remain closed until further notice.
Members can use the kiosk for services including Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) activation, member registration, i-Akaun registration, printing statements, as well as checking/updating profiles. Members who have registered with i-Akaun can also transact online for selected services.
EPF members in Johor can also visit the branches in Batu Pahat, Kluang, Kulai, Mersing, Muar and Segamat, as well as all third-party kiosks across the state. Members can find for the branch, kiosk, or third-party kiosk nearest to them via the EPF website at Connect With Us - KWSP Malaysia.
The EPF will always place the safety and health of all visitors and employees at its highest priority in ensuring all branches continue to observe the necessary standard operating procedures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
