Latest Update On EPF Branches Opening Times

KUALA LUMPUR, 4 November 2020: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) would like to make the following announcement with regards to opening times and services at branches affected by the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO).

Beginning Monday, 9 November 2020,

A. All branches in Klang Valley with the exception of EPF Kajang will offer full services at limited hours (9 am - 2 pm).

B. EPF Nilai and Seremban will offer full services, at limited hours (9 am - 2 pm).

C. Branches in Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan will operate at limited hours (9 am - 2 pm), and offer the following services:

  • Age 50/ 55/ 60 Withdrawals
  • Thumbprint Verification for e-Pengeluaran

D. EPF Kajang remains closed until further notice.

Members whose appointments at EPF Seremban fall out of the revised operating hours are requested to log onto the Janji Temu Online facility to reschedule their visits.

To ensure the safety and health of its members, employers, and staff, the EPF will continue implementing the following measures:

A. Member visits can only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility;

B. Employers are urged to contact their respective Employer Advisory Officers for advisory and additional info; and

C. Members and employers are advised to opt for EPF's online services, i-Akaun (Member) and
i-Akaun (Employer), which are operating as usual.
