Official Statement

We are deeply saddened to inform you that one of our teammates in the EPF Kota Kinabalu (KK) branch has tested positive for COVID-19 on 14 October 2020. Our heart goes out to our colleague, who has not reported to work since 2 October 2020.  We pray for a speedy recovery and for everyone to remain safe.

The KK branch had been temporarily closed since 7 October to abide by the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO). Nevertheless, we have also undertaken intensive sanitization of the branch premises, while we continue to monitor the situation together with the Ministry of Health and the National Security Council.

To minimise the visitor footprint at our branches, members who want to visit a branch must first make an appointment through Janji Temu Online, or instead, opt to perform transactions online via i-Akaun.

The EPF remains committed to ensuring the safety and health of everybody. Let us stay safe, stay home and flatten the curve!
