Housing Withdrawal Is Only Available Via The i‑Akaun (Member) Web Portal

 

 

 

Effective 9 May 2025, you can only submit Housing Withdrawal applications through the i-Akaun (Member) web portal. The Housing Withdrawal options in the KWSP i-Akaun app will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. 

How to apply for withdrawal via i-Akaun (Member) web portal:

  1. Log in to your i-Akaun (Member) web portal.
  2. Go to the Withdrawal menu.
  3. Select the type of withdrawal using the quick links or click Withdraw your savings.
  4. Choose your preferred type of withdrawal, such as Housing Withdrawal or any other eligible option.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
