Tender Application Process
Step 1
Tender offer with complete information can be obtained through online starting from 08/08/2023 (TUESDAY) until 09/10/2023 (MONDAY). Only suppliers registered with EPF e-Procurement system (SAP Ariba Network) are allowed to participate.
Step 2
Suppliers who have not register with EPF e-Procurement system, Registration can be made through the following portal : http://epf.supplier.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration. Suppliers may contact us via email : [email protected] or our hotline 03-61226222 for any enquiries regarding online registration.
Step 3
Interested supplier must present their company's valid Form 24 and latest audited balance sheet during online registration. Access permission for the documents would not be granted if appropriate certificates for registration were not presented during online registration process.
Step 4
A Microsoft Teams briefing will be held 10/08/2023 (THURSDAY), 9.30 a.m via Microsoft Teams.
For this purpose, the supplier needs to make an appointment via email [email protected]
no later than 09/08/2023 (WEDNESDAY), before 5.00 p.m to gain access.
Step 5
Companies Paid-Up Capital / Shareholders' Equity for this tender must not be less than USD220,000.00 (MYR1,000,000.00)
Step 6
Failure of the supplier to comply with the terms and conditions that have been set will cause the procurement participation to be CANCELED by itself.
Step 7
Completed procurement document shall be submitted through EPF e-Procurement System not later than 12.00 pm on 09/10/2023 (MONDAY).
Step 8
EPF are not bound to accept any lowest tender and shall not be liable to give any reason for the refusal of tender. EPF also shall not be responsible for any expenses in relation to this tender.
