EPF Advises Members To Be Cautious Of Unauthorised Mobile Phone Applications For i-Akaun

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has come to know of software applications for mobile telephones and PDAs that provide access to members’ EPF i-Akaun developed by third parties. Members and the general public are advised that the software applications are not officially sanctioned by the EPF. Hence we cannot guarantee its safety, security or reliability.

We would like to reiterate that the EPF does not have any officially sanctioned or authorised Apple or Android applications. The safest method of accessing i-Akaun is to access it directly via myEPF website.

For those who have used the said application and are subsequently unable to access their i-Akaun through myEPF website are advised to report to EPF Call Centre immediately at 03-8922 6000.

For more information on how to set up an EPF i-Akaun, please click here. Alternatively, members may call EPF Call Centre, post their enquiries online via Enquiry or via Facebook (Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja) and Twitter (KWSPBuzz).
