KUALA LUMPUR, 6 July 2021: As announced by the National Security Council (MKN), the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will reopen its offices and counters located in areas under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in Selangor and Pahang beginning 7 July 2021.

The offices and service counters concerned are EPF Rawang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Klang, Kajang, and Gombak in Selangor as well as EPF Kuantan, Pekan and Jerantut in Pahang, which will operate with limited services and hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on working days. EPF offices and counters outside the EMCO areas will continue to operate from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm as announced previously.

The reopening of the branch offices and service counters is to cater to members who wish to perform any of these selected transactions:

  • Age 50, 55, 60 withdrawals
  • Health withdrawal
  • Death withdrawal
  • Collection of Payment Order (PO) and banker’s cheque for withdrawals made

Members are required to first schedule their appointments through Janji Temu Online (JTO) at The EPF will contact members to arrange for the collection of Payment Order (PO) and banker’s cheque for withdrawals.

Members visiting any EPF offices and service counters must adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Temperature checks and check-ins via the MySejahtera application are compulsory before entering any EPF offices, and social distancing must be maintained at all times.

The EPF highly encourages members to use the i-Akaun (Member) or i-Akaun (Employer) to carry out any services that are available online.
