EPF KLANG TO RESUME COUNTER SERVICES VIA JANJI TEMU ONLINE
KUALA LUMPUR, 17 October 2020: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will resume counter services at EPF Klang starting Monday, 19 October 2020, in accordance with the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) guidelines for the Selangor state.
The resumption of services at EPF Klang follows its temporary closure from 9 October 2020, following the earlier CMCO announced in the district.
In an effort to ensure the safety and health of its members and staff, the EPF will continue to enforce the following SOPs in all of its counters and offices:
A. Member visits can only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility within the EPF website www.kwsp.gov.my/janjitemu;
B. All members must go through a temperature screening and check in via MySejahtera prior to entering the branch premises; and
C. All members must follow the EPF social distancing measures during their entire visit.
In this uncertain period, the EPF is committed to continue serving members to the best of our ability via our counters or digital platforms. We regret any inconvenience caused.
