EPF TO REOPEN SERVICE COUNTERS AT BRANCH OFFICES

  • Service counters to open from 8.30am to 2.00pm, offering limited services only

  • Members must have appointments made via Janji Temu Online (JTO)
     

KUALA LUMPUR, 30 June 2021: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will be opening its service counters at branch offices nationwide beginning Thursday, 1 July 2021, from 8.30am to 2.00pm on working days for selected services.

The reopening of service counters at EPF branch offices for selected services is to meet the needs of members who require EPF services while balancing the health and safety aspects of EPF personnel and members who are present at the branch offices. Selected services provided are as follows:

A. Age 50, 55, 60 withdrawals;

B. Health withdrawals; and

C. Death withdrawals.

D. Collection of Payment Order (PO) and withdrawal banker's cheque

Members are required to schedule their appointments through Janji Temu Online (JTO) by making appointments via www.kwsp.gov.my/janjitemu before they can receive services at the EPF service counter.

The EPF will contact members to arrange for the Payment Order (PO) and banker’s cheque collection for withdrawals made by members.

All transactions at the EPF service counter will comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Movement Control Order (MCO) as follows:

A. Members must undergo temperature check and check-in via the MySejahtera application before entering the EPF office;

B. Members must comply with social distancing while at the EPF office.

Members are advised to transact online through i-Akaun (Member) and i-Akaun (Employer) for EPF services that is available online to expedite and facilitate services with the EPF.
