EPF TO RESUME SELECTED SERVICES AT BRANCHES IN PENANG, KEDAH AND KELANTAN
KUALA LUMPUR, 6 May 2020: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will resume selected services at branches located within Penang on 8 May 2020, Kedah on 10 May 2020 and Kelantan on 11 May 2020.
With this, the latest list of EPF branches that are now resuming selected services is as follows:

Branches in Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak will remain closed until further notice.
The services that will be available at these locations include Age 50/55/60 Withdrawals, Health Withdrawals and mobile i-Akaun activation as well as updating of details.
As the EPF places the health of members and staff as top priority, we will continue enforcing the following strict conditions for the identified branches:
To limit the exposure of members and staff at all times, only simple and fast transactions requiring no physical contact i.e. Age 50/55/60 Withdrawals, Health Withdrawals and mobile i-Akaun activation as well as updating of details will be available at branches;
Employers are not allowed to visit branches as all services can be conducted via contacting their Employer Advisory Services officers;
All members must follow the EPF social distancing measures during their entire visit; and
Member visits can only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility within the EPF website www.kwsp.gov.my.
