KUALA LUMPUR, 10 November 2020: Beginning Wednesday, 11 November 2020, all Employees Provident Fund (EPF) offices and counters located in areas under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will operate from 9am – 2pm on working days until further notice. This covers EPF branches in all states in Peninsular Malaysia (except for Perlis, Pahang, and Kelantan) and Kuching in Sarawak.

EPF offices in areas under the Enhanced Conditional Movement Control Order (EMCO) will remain closed until further notice. Currently, this affects EPF Kajang only.

All services remain available, except for branches in Sabah and Labuan where services are limited to Age 50/55/60 withdrawals and Thumbprint Verification for e-Pengeluaran. Members who scheduled for appointments at the affected branches for hours other than the ones mentioned, are requested to log onto the Janji Temu Online facility ( to reschedule their visits.
