Tender Application Process
Step 1
Quotation offer with complete information can be obtained through online starting from 25/09/2023 (MONDAY) until 06/10/2023 (FRIDAY). Only suppliers registered with EPF e-Procurement system (SAP Ariba Network) are allowed to participate.
Step 2
For suppliers who have not yet registered with the EPF e-Procurement system, registration can be done through the following registration link: https://epf.supplier.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration no later than seven (7) days after the site visit date/ tender briefing. You can contact the EPF via email [email protected] or call 03-6122 6222 for any inquiries related to registration.
Step 3
Interested supplier must present their company's valid MOF & KDN during online registration. Access permission for the documents would not be granted if appropriate certificates for registration were not presented during online registration process.
Step 4
A site visit (compulsary) will be held at 21/09/2023 (THURSDAY), 10.00 a.m at :-
Bilik Mesyuarat Tingkat 6, Menara KWSP KWASA Damansara, No. 1, Persiaran Kwasa Utama, Kwasa Damansara, Seksyen U4, 40250, Shah Alam, Selangor
Failure on supplier's behalf to observe the stipulated conditions will cause the documents cannot be accessed or the supplier's participation in the specified quotation will automatically be deemed null and void.
Step 5
Tenderers are required to submit Earnest Money for the amount stated above through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) and a copy of the receipt is to be submitted together with RFP submission on EPF e-Procurement System. Payment information can be found in the EPF e-Procurement System.
This earnest money will be returned after the tender decision is made.
Step 6
Completed procurement document shall be submitted through EPF e-Procurement System not later than 12.00 pm on 09/10/2023 (MONDAY).
Step 7
EPF are not bound to accept any lowest tender and shall not be liable to give any reason for the refusal of tender. EPF also shall not be responsible for any expenses in relation to this tender.
