Quotation Application Process
Step 1
Quotation offer with complete information can be obtained through online starting from 11/08/2023 (FRIDAY) until 24/08/2023 (THURSDAY). Only suppliers registered with EPF e-Procurement system (Ariba Network) are allowed to participate.
Step 2
Suppliers who have not register with EPF e-Procurement system, Registration can be made through the following portal : http://epf.supplier.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration .Suppliers may contact us via email : [email protected] or our hotline 03-61226222 for any enquiries regarding online registration.
Step 3
Interested supplier must present their company's valid CIDB & SPKK Certificates during online registration. Access permission for the documents would not be granted if appropriate certificates for registration were not presented during online registration process.
Step 4
A site visit (compulsary) will be held at 10/08/2023 (THURSDAY), 11.00 a.m at :-
Ruang Legar, Blok Pentadbiran,
EPF Learning Campus (ELC),
Persiaran KWSP, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.
Failure on supplier's behalf to observe the stipulated conditions will cause the documents cannot be accessed or the supplier's participation in the specified quotation will automatically be deemed null and void.
Step 5
Completed procurement document shall be submitted through EPF e-Procurement System not later than 12.00 pm on 25/08/2023 (FRIDAY).
Step 6
EPF are not bound to accept any lowest tender and shall not be liable to give any reason for the refusal of tender. EPF also shall not be responsible for any expenses in relation to this tender.
