Temporary closure of EPF branches

In line with the Movement Control Order effective 18 to 31 March, 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has closed all offices and counters across the country. Meanwhile, all EPF officers have been instructed to comply with this order and to work from home.


With regards to the above -


a. All enquiries through EPF's Communication Management Centre (CMC) are limited to e-mails and social media channels, whereas detailed information can be obtained only on the official website;


b. Our online services, i-Akaun (Member) and the i-Akaun Majikan (Employer) will be operating as usual but are limited to certain services only; and


c. Payment of contributions can be made via internet banking or over-the-counter of registered bank agents.


Due to technical constraints and limited resources, do expect some delays on our part in responding to enquiries and processing of requests. We regret any inconvenience caused.
