A. Operations of EPF Service Counters
 

Starting 1 July 2020, EPF Service Counters will resume full operations on an appointment basis which may be arranged online via Janji Temu Online. Only members who make an appointment via Janji Temu Online can to visit EPF counter for services.
 

To make an appointment, members need to:

  • Log on to EPF’s Janji Temu Online platform on the EPF official website at www.kwsp.gov.my; OR

  • Call EPF’s Contact Management Centre at 03-8922 6000.

Concept of Janji Temu Online

Janji Temu Online is a platform for EPF members to schedule an appointment for all counter transactions with the EPF at a date and time chosen by members.

Set an Appointment Via Janji Temu Online

EPF Members may set an appointment on Janji Temu Online as early as 30 calendar days and up to 1 hour before the appointment time, subject to availability of the time slot selected.

Illustration:

  1. If you log on to Janji Temu Online on Tuesday, 10.00 AM, you may choose a time slot as early as 11.00 AM on the same day to visit the chosen EPF branch, subject to the branch’s time slot availability.

  2. If you log on to Janji Temu Online on Tuesday, 4.00 PM, you may choose a time slot as early as 8.30 AM on Wednesday to visit the chosen EPF branch, subject to the branch’s time slot availability.

Number of Members In One Appointment
 

Only one member is allowed to transact in one appointment.

If members wish to visit an EPF Branch with a spouse or other family members, each person is required to make a separate appointment.

Confirmation of Appointment

Members who have secured an appointment via Janji Temu Online will receive a confirmation notice via email and SMS as a reminder based on the email address and mobile number registered during the Janji Temu Online application.

Visiting EPF Branches on Appointment Day
 

Members are advised to be present at least 10 minutes prior to their appointments.
 

Before entering our premises, members are required to follow the standard operating procedures set by the Malaysian Government by undergoing temperature checks, wearing a face mask, practising physical distancing, and applying hand sanitiser. Members are also encouraged to check in their locations via the MySejahtera app.

Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

Members may reschedule or cancel an existing appointment at least 2 hours before the arranged time slot.
 

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, members may access the link provided in the confirmation notice that they received via email and SMS.

Late or Absent for an Appointment
 

In the event that members fail to be present at the reserved time slot, the appointment will be cancelled and members will be required to apply again via Janji Temu Online.
