EPF Bayan Baru To Operate On Limited Hours Following CMCO

 KUALA LUMPUR, 5 November 2020: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) office and counters in its Bayan Baru, Penang branch will operate on limited hours of 9am – 2pm on weekdays starting from 9 November 2020 until further notice. This is following the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) announced for the Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya district starting 6 November 2020.

Members whose appointments at EPF Bayan Baru are scheduled for hours other than the ones mentioned, are requested to log onto the Janji Temu Online facility to reschedule their visits. Services offered at EPF Bayan Baru is as per usual.

To ensure the safety and health of its members, employers, and staff, the EPF will continue implementing the following measures:

A. Member visits can only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility;

B. Employers are urged to contact their respective Employer Advisory Officers for advisory and additional info; and

C. Members and employers are advised to opt for EPF’s online services, i-Akaun (Member) and i-Akaun (Employer), which are operating as usual.
