Temporary Service Outage - Notice For Employers

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is currently experiencing a temporary service outage at all its channels, including the EPF’s i-Akaun application. The EPF understands the concerns by employers on meeting the contribution deadline, hence the Management has agreed to extend the payment of the current contribution month from 15 December 2022 to 30 December 2022. The EPF is taking all steps to resolve the situation and restore full service with the minimum of inconvenience to employers. The EPF regrets the situation and will provide updates from time to time.
