Follow the 3S: ‘Spot, Stop, Share’ if you receive any calls from an unknown party.
- Spot – Question anything that seems doubtful or shows warning signs. Always verify the caller's identity.
- Stop – If anything sounds doubtful, don't proceed. Never share your personal or banking details over the phone ‑ just end the call immediately.
- Share – Report suspicious transactions or uncertain situations to the relevant authorities. Help protect your loved ones by sharing your knowledge about scams.
