Scam Alert: Unauthorised Investment Scheme
A video advertisement related to an “Additional Income” programme has been circulating on social media, claiming to be in collaboration with EPF.
EPF would like to clarify that:
- EPF does not authorise any individual to offer investment schemes. Official investments are only available via the i-Invest platform in the KWSP i-Akaun app or i-Akaun (Member) web portal, and through authorised institutions.
- Fraudulent parties have been known to misuse EPF’s name and logo to mislead the public and give the impression that the content is official.
Members are advised:
- Not to trust or share such content.
- Not to disclose any personal or sensitive information.
- To refer only to EPF’s official website and verified social media channels for accurate information.
