The i-Akaun (Employer) portal provides the following facilities:
1. EPF member registration (new employees)
2. Contribution management & Form A
- Integrated submission of Form A and contribution payments.
3. Electronic payment services
Payment via Internet Banking, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), and Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) for the following:
- Contribution payment only.
- Late payment charges or dividend only.
- Contribution payment and/or late payment charges/dividend based on an approved instalment plan.
- Contribution assessment prepared by the Employer Relations Service (ERS) Officer.

- Direct submission of incomplete contribution details via the e-CTML function.
5. e-Payroll System
- Access to payroll management, contribution calculation, and employee payment processing.

Approval Flow Settings
- Access to portal functions is subject to Approval Flow settings, namely Non-Approval Flow or Approval Flow (Maker/Checker). These settings define the i‑Akaun (Employer) user roles as Administrator, Maker, or Checker.
- Approval Flow (Maker/Checker): A security feature introducing a two-tier approval workflow. The Maker and Checker roles provide a check-and-balance mechanism to ensure secure online submissions.
- Non-Approval Flow: Enables the Administrator to perform functions directly without a two-tier workflow for faster and simpler transactions.

To access and use the i-Akaun (Employer) portal, employers must:
Register and activate their i‑Akaun (Employer).
Ensure a stable internet connection.
Use a computer or tablet with any of the supported web browsers as follows:
- Chrome version 69 or later
- Firefox version 61 or later
- Safari version 11 or later
- Edge version 16 or later
Meet the requirements for Internet Banking, FPX, or DDA, depending on the selected payment method.

Ways to resolve CTML
Employers can submit a form over the counter or online via i-Akaun to resolve a CTML issue and ensure that their employee’s contributions can be credited back to their account.
